 Best magazine for Designers! Great resources and amazing photos! February 14, 2010

My husband is a design/builder and this is his favorite magazine. He gets excited when he comes home from work and the newest is waiting for him in the mailbox. He loves the resource section as it helps him find trendy interior items; he sometimes loans prior issues to his clients. The photos are great and the pages ooze with visual texture and color. I think that architects, furniture designers, interior designers, decorators, and photographers would all appreciate this magazine. I'm about to renew our subscription for the fourth time.

I subscribed to "INTERIOR DESIGN" in October 2009. Now it is mid January 2010 and I have not received a single issue... On several occasions they told me they sent the magazine, but I (honestly!) did not receive a single magazine. In October they told me I'll receive it in November, in December they told me I will receive it at the end of December, and now they told me they already sent it in December. I received 4 invoices from them, each month a new invoice, none of the invoices were lost in the mail, but no trial magazine as promised. I was going to send them a payment honestly as soon as the trial magazine received. Just wanted to test how they'd handle everything. They told me they do not have a replacement copy to send to me again, hmm ok, so I decided to cancel my "subscription". I do subscribe to "ARCHITECTURAL DIGEST" (no problems whatsoever) and I often purchase "FLORIDA DESIGN" in a book store. No such luck with "INTERIOR DESIGN" indeed I could not find a copy of "INTERIOR DESIGN" in a big bookstore as they suggested. Perhaps this magazine is so popular that it is hard to find.
P.S. The rating is purely for the service and not for the quality of the magazine as I had no chance to see a single copy of this magazine in my life and I'm not going to try to get or find it anymore. Someone now told me there's nothing special in it.
